not really. so many lame acronyms to remember. like LEAP. thats the mode you go into when a customer is complaining. Listen Empathise Appologize and Problem Solve. Fantastic. did i misspell empathise? anyways. they feed us. its nasty seafood, but we get biscuits so i survive. my nametag says 'matthew' and that makes me laugh. im MATTHEW MOTHER FUCKER. im getting it changed though, thank god. the restaurant is AWESOME guys, we open August 22, so be there or be square. alot of people come in there anyways expecting to eat, even though theres a big sign on the door that says 'training in progress' but whatever. well ive gotta do a newsletter for mrs. mary burdette. holler holler.
