I've been trying to write this damn post for three days, but every time I go to post the bloody thing, LJ's down. Damn you viruses baddies! (Apparently DDoS is not a virus. Woops.)
I caught a cold and am working through it. Hopefully most of it should be taken care of with a good night's sleep. I finished my last day at Michaels today. I got so many hugs leaving, I was freaking surprised. On Monday night I went out for our last official BABE night with the framer girls. I mean, we'll go again and probably at the end of April when various people get back from vacations, but out of the four of us, one one will be still at the store. GONNA MISS THEM.
This summer jetfuelgenius and I are taking a road trip around the province. I'm not sure when, yet. I'll know my schedule for my new job tomorrow. Then I can plan other things, like the youth camp, and (if I can afford it) maybe going out to Niagara sometime. Not for moving or anything, like previously planned, just for vacationing. I haven't been down there in years and I'd like to see some Toronto sights. :)
Has everyone seen the video for Katy Perry's E.T.? I am fascinated by it and sort of want some fanfic or something. I'm never like this over a music video. I also sort of want to crossover it with SPN. >_>
So, I do start my new job tomorrow, and I work the next three days, twelve hours each day. I'll be a little scarce, but I'll have my phone, so I'll be able to be contacted by email, twitter or Gtalk. If anyone is looking for me. I'm so fucking happy to start this job. No uniform. I can wear jeans and sweaters and scarfs and shit to work. *____* Gotta go find my steel toes, but. \o/ NO MORE BLACK COLLARED SHIRTS AND UNCOMFORTABLE TAN PANTS. YAAAAY.
I'll be kicking around for a few more hours, then sleep time. The shifts are 7 to 7, which is hella long and hella early. I'm usually in bed by 10:30 ABSOLUTE LATEST. I have learned from past mistakes. x_x
PS I saw Sucker Punch last night. And since I like to effing AU the shit out of things, I have a SPN thing half-planned in my brain. I'll work it all out on shift tomorrow. Twelve hours is loads of thinking time. :3
PPS - alisanne won me over at help_japan, which means she'll be getting some Snarry art sometime in the near future~ ♥!
