Random blather.
Things I have learned today:
+ I subconsciously measure time according to how many songs I've heard. Usually this means that I check the clock every five songs or so to find about fifteen minutes has passed. (If I don't have songs to listen to, I'm likely checking the clock every five minutes to make sure I'm getting enough work done.)
+ Our new lawn we put in a couple weeks ago is all grown in!
+ There's an all-natural bug spray that smells like limes and coconuts, and I can't help but wonder if someone was humming 'you put the lime in the coconut and mix it all together, put the lime in the coconut and then you'll feel better' and thought it was brilliant.
Something I'm looking forward to about work, for when I get back, is that there will be all brand new art in the shop to assemble. I won't recognize anything and it'll all be newwww~ I think that's one of my favourite things about being a custom framer - all the types of art I get to see each day~! That and putting shit together. Yesssss.
...Also, I don't see my shop manager for two weeks and that's always exciting ♥
A - ACCENT: I would argue that I don't have an accent, but I suppose there are some people who would argue that I'm Canadian-sounding.
B - BOOBS: On my chest. Yep.
C - CHORE YOU HATE: Vaccuming. I'm so paranoid about hearing levels. IT'S CRAZY I KNOW.
D - DAD'S NAME: Paul
E - ESSENTIAL MAKE-UP ITEM: Eyeliner
F - FAVORITE PERFUME: I'm more of a Body Shop body spray girl. (Satsuma!)
G - GOLD OR SILVER: Silver. I can't really pull gold off.
H - HOMETOWN: Calgary, AB - but I've spent most of my life in Regina, SK
I - INSOMNIA: I'm unfortunately more productive at night time. :/
J - JOB TITLE: Senior Certified Custom Framer
K - KIDS: Heh, just the ones in the youth group I work with.
L - LIVING ARRANGEMENTS: Still at home. Saving towards an apartment.
M - MOM'S NAME: Joyce
N - NUMBER OF TIMES YOU WANT TO SLAP SOME SENSE INTO SOMEONE: ....a lot on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
O - OVERNIGHT HOSPITAL STAYS: Only waiting to see a doctor. :/
P - PHOBIA: Broken glass, losing track of time - when the latter occurs, I get really anxious. The same applies when I don't have a watch on.
Q - QUEST: Be happy.
R - RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION: Christian. Technically a Catholic.
S - SIBLINGS: Just my younger brother. We're 4 1/2 years apart.
T - TIME YOU WAKE UP: 7:20A on work days. 10:30A on days off.
U - UNNATURAL HAIR COLOURS YOU'VE WORN: I've never done anything more daring than red.
V - VEGETABLE YOU REFUSE TO EAT: I....can't think of any?
W - WORST HABIT: Being late.
X - X-RAYS YOU'VE HAD: Hah, probably just a few from when I was a kid.
Y - YUMMY FOODS YOU MAKE: I'm still new to the cooking thing. But if I stick to the recipe it usually works out :D
Z - ZANY QUIRK: I don't very much like tempting Fate. I'll knock three times on a wood surface to ward off bad luck if I feel I, or someone around me, is tempting Fate.
