SPN "Point of No Return" 5x18 aka Episode #100
Episode tonight...last night. This week's episode. WOW. I'm tired enough to just post what I was thinking as I watched, but really, it's just me jotting down stuff I wanna talk about later, so it's boring. Sigh. Effort.

Zachariah
I was never really big on Zachariah, mostly because I found him annoying and I was kind of hoping that Castiel would knife him, but in the last two episodes? For some reason I've really loved him. o_o Maybe it's because Kurt got more to work with - I have no idea. All I know is that I loved the opening to this episode, and I loved how much of a complete and total dick he was (not that it's unusual) and any possible time I can answer 'one of which is a LION' I totally do.

Adam
At first I forgot that the Adam we saw previously wasn't the real Adam - it was the ghoul. But I thought it was interesting how like the Winchesters he really was, and how straight forward he was talking to Sam. I laughed, because it was like he fit right in, just like Sam said.

It's time forrrrr ~AWKWARD CONVERSATIONS WITH SAMMY~ I feel so bad for any future daughters he'll have if he gets a happy ending. Sam would be a totally threatening Dad. Dean too.

HOT DAMN. Let me just say this first - I love fight scenes that are elegant, well paced, and don't have snippy dialogue in the middle. Unless it's Deadpool or Gambit. Or Nightcrawler. But Castiel in the woods? FUCK YES, FLIPPING THE KNIFE, TAKING ON TWO ANGELS AT ONCE. OUR LITTLE SOILDER. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE HE'S SLOWLY FALLING FROM GRACE.

- usually just makes a flutter sound when flying away, but is so fucking PISSED at Dean that he seems to literally rip right out of the room.

- can still hear prayers (he found Dean pretty quick, considering he heard it from a prayer XD)

I'm a little concerned about the sigil being on his chest. What kind of effect does that happen on him? :/ Why couldn't he have used the inside of his jacket or something? Or his freaking shirt? Maybe it has to be more substantial, like doors (portals, gateways) and flesh. Hm. Did he just banish himself out of the vessel? MISHA'S GOT EPISODES LEFT, RIGHT? THAT CAN'T BE IT.
I have to say, I'm digging this united Sam/Castiel front. Like...a lot. Sam's an abomination, but he has FAITH. And Castiel is pretty darn sober this episode, and he showed up with Sam, so I wonder if he was hanging around with him from after last episode? ~BONDING~ God I want some Sassy fic right now - not even like...slashly, just ~FRIENDS~ and ~BROMANCE~ and the like. SAM AND CAS BFF<3 AND AND. THEIR SILENT CONVERSATIONS. I KNEW IT, WHEN THEY HAD THE EYESEX THAT ONE EPISODE WITH THE ANTICHRIST. BFFS YAAAY. XD; someone stop me.
I also love that Castiel got the 'visiting the newly ressurrected' down pat this time, though he's being rather rough with the Winchester boys XD Plucking Adam right out of the grave like a potato, then DROPPING him. XD And throwing Dean around back at Bobby's - well, Dean sort of deserved that I suppose....
