Damon Albarn & Stephanie Meyer

ONE
Yesterday, I posted about finding Damon Albarn in my art history text. I've updated the post with the images that I mentioned I'd look for - the one blue shower shot, which Sirius enjoys too much and the installation scan.

TWO

First part of the book was fairly normal. Nothing out of the usual way of the series, la dee dah.

Then I got to the pregnancy thing and was all WTF IS GOING ON. WTF IS UP WITH THIS BOOK. WTF BELLA WTF R U DOIN IT'S EATIN J00. Then it started to make sence I guess and BAM. She was a vampire. I have to say, I prefer Vampire!Bella more than normal!Bella. And I'm so freaking glad that Jacob has someone and doesn't have to continue with his URGHILOVEHERWHYYYYY path of life. Final-battle-that-wasn't-a-final-battle was kinda fun, actually. It was refreshing to see that it wasn't started because of some dumbass getting pissed off and attacking. Yay Cullens. \o/

I hear that there's going to be book(s?) written from Edward's POV? I'd much rather read that than do a read through of the series again. I find Edward much more entertaining... It was great to have the story from Jacob's POV and I think it was a smart move, even if it was random. I would have thrown the book in a fire if I had to go through Bella's PROTECTMYBABY from her POV. I liked seeing the transformation, though.

Her powers are quite neat, actually. It makes sence, which is a relief. It was a neat array of powers that Meyers used, but the elemental powers thing made me go WTF again. I don't know why..

So. I think I liked Twilight the best, followed by Breaking Dawn. New Moon was lame for all the emo of separation, but I liked Edward and the Italy stuff. Eclipse...hm. I can't really remember what happened in Elipse, except for that scene where Jacob, Bella and Edward were in that tent...

I thought the realization that the werewolves were not real werewolves was cool too. I enjoyed Breaking Dawn. Except for the scenes where Bella's pregnant. Blah. 'Burning man' was a cool thing, but I think I've read/hear/seen something using that before....

THREE
Apparently Stephanie Meyer was in a music video for Jack's Mannequin. I thought the song was good, but I wish the lad would sing his high notes more than yell them. :/ The first time he's singing the 'you hold me down' part I burst out laughing. I'm sorry, but I did. It was random. XD It's even fourteen seconds into the video, too. Is he making that angry face because he can't hit those notes unless he does that? ...

Hm. Might sound funny just because he's pushing the note.. In 'Dark Blue' he doesn't push it as much. ...But he still makes the face. Aw~ I don't know, maybe it's just the type of song it is, or something..

FOUR
My letters were sent out yesterday! \o/ So watch for them!
