Romanian Recipe: Sweet Carrots

This dish is easy to make, and is enjoyable served both hot and cold.

Ingredients
1 package of baby carrots (roughly 2lbs.)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 ½ tablespoons of sugar
½ stick of butter or margarine
A pinch of baking soda

Method
-Mix all of the ingredients together in a pot.
-Place the pot over the lowest flame, and cover it.
-Watch it closely so it doesn’t burn.
-Don’t stir the mixture. Shake the pot instead.
-If the juices are low, add a spoon of water.
-Remove from heat when the carrots are tender.
