(no subject)
Well it is nice to see that my cleaning up on the 21st of January has been so appreciated! It managed to stay clean for the amazing duration of 11 days before it all starts again. The kitchen surfaces are covered in stains from coffee and other things, and there is a nice pile of washing up starting to build up again. The house as smells odd all the time now.
I don't think that it is unreasonable for people to wash up after themselves, especially as it is not just them that have to use those areas, they are communal. I will admit that I am not the tidiest person in the world (my uni papers are in piles on our floor!), but I have not got to the extent of leaving unwashed dishes in our room for weeks on end, just to bring them into the kitchen and expect someone else to clean them. Being adults as we are!
The living room is still a pigsty and the bathroom has pink dye on wall and shower, if money is taken out of bonds then whomever caused the problem will pay it back to the other people, fair and reasonable in my view.
I don't want to fall out with people, but I am sick of living in one room as the communal areas can't be used at the moment.
