So...

Well... Yes, I decided to post an entry. For some reason, I'm not very good at keeping up with journaling. I don't even remember what I had been posting about last... and, of course, a bit too lazy to go back and figure it out. :P

Anyway... here's the latest...

I'm back in Monroe... ahahaha... But only for a few more weeks. I am buying a house just north of Temperance, so I won't be living with my parents much longer. I have been working at a steady job since January, and I really like it a lot. Eventually I hope to work my way up into something with higher pay, but I'm content for now.

I have a boyfriend, his name is Dan. He is the sweetest guy ever, and treats me like a princess. He's a geek like me, and is really into tabletop gaming and collectible card games and video games. He's a judge for Pokemon TCG tournaments. So cute! He's a little older than me and he also has a job... That's such a relief and so refreshing, compared to my last boyfriend who didn't have a driver's license, didn't work, and really didn't do much at all in life. Also note that last boyfriend treated me like crap. >_> Dan's responsible, caring, and we have a lot in common, both in our interests and our personalities.

As for hobbies... I'm currently into dolls... More specifically, Pullips. So adorable. I am also into making clothes for them. My sister and I are playing with the idea of opening a shop for clothes made for 1/6 scale fashion dolls (Pullip, Blythe, Momoko, Barbie, etc.). It's a neat idea. She works in a costume shop, so knows all about mock-ups and making patterns. I like designing, but I'm never sure how to get that into a produce-able pattern. She is good with photography, so she can take the photos of my dolls modeling the outfits, and I can take care of upkeep of the online presence. We can both sew, and I crochet as well (and getting into knitting). I think it could be rather cool. And might give me a way to earn some money toward expanding my rather tiny (at the moment) Pullip collection. :) Even if we decide not to work together, I think I'll still make up some crochet/knitting designs and sell them. And even some cloth ones, to, if she can teach me how to make patterns!
