Hello. Ni hao. Bonjour. [odd squeaking and clicking noise] Can you hear me? My name is Temeraire, or as I am known in China, Lung Tien Xiang. I have only recently arrived here and I find this place more confusing than any place I have been before, and I have been many places.
I believe I arrived alone, but please inform me if you have any information on a gentleman by the name of Captain William Laurence. He is a British human with yellowish hair and he usually wears a green coat. He is very important to me and I would appreciate help finding him, if he is here. I would also appreciate any information about how to leave this place. Not that it is not a very nice-looking place, but I miss my companions and would like to return.
Either way, I would very much appreciate it if you would introduce yourselves to me, for what better use is there to make of an ingenious device such as this than to engage in pleasant conversation with as many people as possible?
