there's not many insects that freak me out on a consistent basis. i welcome spiders, ants...BUT EARWIGS ARE ANOTHER STORY. they look like this:
...and 2 weeks ago i found one under my facial soap. then today i found one hiding under my toofbrush. this is totally ridiculous.
when i lived at home years upon years ago they infested my room due to our attic. they creeped in crevices and cracks. they had a drawer in my dresser they visited so often.
...then at the house on euclid...i found them making themselves at home in my room all the time.
...THEN TODAY. it never ends! they are drawn to me! i inspect my room for them way to often i feel like i have ocd.
