[If I thought things happened for a reason, I would have a lot of questions for fate for this. I got drummed out of the police force for questioning dirty cops, and then I ended up in front of a dirtier judge and got their crimes piled at my feet.
So what did that get me? A clean conscience? No, of course not. It got me an empty stomach and a backdated rent. So, now Haru's says he'll pay for 'security', and i know he ain't clean, but his money is good. So I work for a man who's got intel on the mob, and runs a bar with a killer piano player (Literally) and a singer/hooker who uses the back room when people have money.
