Oh hell yeah. My desire to continue learning PHP and such has been saved by one Mr. Vidmaster of the late FuckingCoolShit forums. He has offered minimal assistance in my quest for knowledge, but that which he has provided has been overwhelmingly helpful. He pointed me in the right direction when I was having trouble figuring out what I needed for local development and now he has linked me to some excellent PHP/MySQL tutorials which link to other excellent tutorials, so I have a lot to read up on! I declare tomorrow to be the new PHP day since today was claimed by other interests. The weird crashing Apache problem seems to have cleared itself up for now. I have no idea why.
In unrelated news, I need to grab a dictionary and learn what every single one of LJ's default moods means. I'd like to be able to use them some time. I shall do that now.
