Omg, Legend of the Seeker, sometimes you are SO GREAT. Episode 2.16 has just made me GLEE ridiculously.
Mostly it is about Cara and Kahlen being trapped in a cave tomb and trying to convince the other one to kill them so that they'd have more air and then admitting that they love each other think of each other as friends. And deciding that Richard will totally rescue them but that they both know him so obv it will just take a bit more time (as Richard is v much not the brightest spark of them all).
Quite love fact that when they finally decide to make an episode where both women Require Rescuing, it does look like it was done mostly so they could write lovely cave!fic for them.
And before this Cara and Kahlen were discussing their Father Issues, of which they both have many, which is what I am choosing to remember from that episode and not the v bizarre Wtf Is That Meant To Mean moment where the villain's 'motivation' for evil sounds very like one of the things from the book they really should have left out.
Last week, on the other hand, made me very sad as it looked GREAT in the preview and turned out to be a bloody clip show. Boo. Even if there was Craig Parker, the Creator appears to be A Right Twit: "A plan! This Seeker dude is clearly a bad guy, I shall get myself born as a mortal and then twenty years later will put on a bit of a show trial before I zap him good. But after My Judgey Judgement I will be totally convinced I was in fact wrong, and he is really dead nice, due to his Manly Heroics. Then I'll just use up all my magic that was given to me by my bestest followers (who now have no magic of their own, oops) to seal a nasty rift that was my fault anyway and then mysteriously vanish. Truly I am an Awesomely Helpful Creator Dude."
Probably I have proper reasons for loving Cara, but mostly it might be down to Tabrett Bethell's ability to pull lolsome but credible faces. She mocks beautifully with No Words.
