i love this, and their awkward bickering type love. the first section, in particular, completely embodies everything that's good about their relationship... in fact it could have been a stand alone drabble and worked just as well, but i like what follows very much as well and the voices always sound very right.

this He sounds sincere, and, right then, that was enough. feels like it's in the wrong tense to me, but i'll accept that it isn't, if it isn't :)
