star foxes and other celestial life

Oh, my brain did break. I know it is broken because there is now churchontime for great lols and great justice and all my brain is throwing at me is SERIOUS STUFF ABOUT MATRIMONY. Or, at least, more to the drama than the comedy side of things. Things like One and Cameca spending their dying days together in his rose garden after marriage (shutup, it's beautiful and stuff) or Babs and Ian having a lovely, shiny wedding with NO HILARITY BUT MUCH SWEETNESS AND LOVE. I'm reading the prompts and is it crack that's appearing in my head? No, no it is not. I hate myself.

But still, run, do not walk to the cracktastic marvel of the above mentioned comm. Yes. Someone should write about the church in Cheldon Bonniface. It's alive, y'know. And it talks. I think. I can't remember the NAs too well, but apparently that one made an impression. And it got dumped on the moon that one time when Ace got trapped in the Doctor's head.

Fanfic has been making me needlessly nostalgic this week as calufrax has thrown up both the very first New Who fic I ever read and the very first Who slash I ever read. It is a bit scary how long ago these things were as I have most distinct memories of my impressions of both pieces from when I first read em.

alicamel cunningly emailed to remind me I'm going to a con next week. This was quite good of her as I did, in fact, think it was the week after. Because I am an idiot and occasionally oblivious. I'm a bit excited cause it's really big being Eastercon or Orbital as it is also known. More importantly, our journey has a Doughnut Stop. Which is pleasing because Krispy Kremes are cruel and evil and don't seem to think that people in Scotland and the North deserve their delicious products. Forshame, Krispy Kremes, forshame.
