What bothers me is that the more really wonderful fic I read about Rose, the more I'm reminded what a complete dog's breakfast they made of S2.

But I shall ignore that and focus on how this is infinitely more interesting and powerful and painful and brilliant. Yay, in the 'brrr, scary' sense, obv. :)
