RECENTLY
So, I have disappeared from my journal for a while. Things have been pretty busy lately. First, Cornstalk festival was awesome. It was nice spending time with friends, and it was nice for us to spend time with each other. Wisteria is awesome, and with some luck and hard work, our vision of living wholly with the land will come to fruition in the not too distant future.
Work has been busy. I have been working with a new climate model, and I am currently analyzing its behavior over the Arctic. I will be part of a feature at Ohio State sometime in the next couple of months for the work I am assisting with. He'll be in the interview, but my Polar Bear stole the show!
My anxiety and nervousness over my trip to Taiwan is building. However, I am very excited to be going, and look forward to the trip. I now have a laptop, with a webcam so we can converse while I am gone. Also, I have a travel wallet, and will soon have my luggage. I have been demanded to bring back textiles from Taiwan, along with a bento box or two. We'll see about the ability to do this. Anyway, all in all, life is stabilizing. I am extremely grateful for this.
