I've got to admit my curiosity is piqued as well. in my experience, toaster ovens rarely make any noise aside from the hum of electricity and the ding of the timer.

also- what does "Cred" mean? I've noticed you using a few odd words like that here and there in your post, but it's no language I've ever heard.

"Cred" is a curse word. I'm not entirely sure of the exact translation, but she uses it enough it's obvious from her usage.
