Culled from this video, with a few additions. (I've tried to keep anyone from hitting any of LJ's item-limits without having to have multiple questions. Apologies if it cuts you off.)

This was complicated to answer. I tried to draw a line between "enjoyed the hell out of" and "Mattered to me emotionally" and only checked the second. Which is different from them actually having life lessons for me or anything.

Example: DS9 Mattered to me because I wanted Dax. The continuity was great and stuff, but the reason it got checked and Invader Zim (which I pursued much more thoroughly) did not was that Dax was effectively a Time Lord except not ace toward humans and Jadzia was gorgeous, and when I think of the show I connect strongly to that memory.

Jeeves and Wooster is a me-and-J thing, so I have a sense of intimacy with it.

Other things I did not click but have strong history/complete knowledge of/have read a decent chunk of the fanfic: Monty Python, Supernatural, Sherlock, Firefly, Cowboy Bebop. Even though J and I still do an impression of "corgi slowly paddling in zero-gravity."

Things I would have clicked: TMNT, Dracula, Romeo and Juliet, Gargoyles, Highlander (the One movie and the series), The Tick.

Upon inspection, I have a REALLY strong sentimental connection to many, many cartoons.
