One of them's triggered the network device, either by accident or to call for help, but there's no plea for assistance, only ragged, rasping breaths. That would be because one of the pair has the other's throat gripped with crushing pressure in one hand and the unfortunate's wrist in a hold a hairsbreadth from snapping bone. It doesn't seem to matter that the assailant is the one flat on his back in bed with IV and oxygen lines clearly marking him as a patient. Niko tightens his hold on the nurse's neck in silent threat.]
