My plans for the day included a brisk jog, evaluation of the family finances, and erradication of the live cultures Cal has been fostering in the refrigerator. The list did not include "eviscerate monsters" or the more work-intensive if more immediately lethal "behead adversaries."
It's just as well this happened before I inventoried the weapons and ammunition. I have a feeling we'll need to resupply.
