89 Near Disasters
I know that last trip to India should have put me off travel for at least a few more months, but the doctors tell me that I'm fully recovered, and I just can't sit here any longer. Now, I will agree that it's too soon to go back to the site of the accident, so I have another destination in mind: Egypt. My plans call for being gone about a month. It'll take that much time to put in all the work required at the dig. Oh, I should mention that I won't have access to phones or internet there, and since letters will have to be hand-carried or brought in by donkey and camel, communications will be slow. Don't worry, though! I'll be fine.

Mission "Abbot and Costello" begins tomorrow at 0800. I've booked seats on commercial flights to and from my cover destination. Once arrived, I will meet with other field agents and we will make our preparations for the operation. I've established a trail for my brother to follow. If he has indeed been compromised by the enemy or joined their ranks, we should know shortly.
