How much do I love "own true way" by Great Big Sea....yep that would be a lot. It's catchy and awesome.
Also, I had a really great drive home from work, Brand New Shoes by Kris Allen playing, having massive fun singing along and getting really odd looks from fellow moterists when stopped at lights...it was Great.
American Idol has completely stolen my brain...I've been weirdly giddy all week, which I think stems from my current obsession with all things Kris and Adam based, and I haven't stopped talking about it at work, which has great amused my co-worker, Izzie, as she has no clue what I'm on about...but I don't even care how strange she must think I am right now.
My new guitar is awesome. I have learnt 3 chords (A, D E)...go me! Now I need to learn how to actually move between the chords, without a half hour gap as I struggle to position my fingers....yep, I'm learning this stuff at a rate of knots. But I am having fun, even if all I can do is make noise right now.
