So finals start today. I just have Spanish. It's not until 12 so I've still got 2 hours and 15 minutes to study for it. Haha, well less than that since I'm writing this. Oh well... I've done WICKED (that's for you James) good in that class so far so I'm not too worried about it. I still wanna study and do good though.
You know those stupid people that get sent a virus and actually click on it? Well, I was one of those yesterday. I don't know how I was so stupid. I'm usually pretty good with those things. Anyway, so it ends up I download this thing and it starts sending it to people on my buddy list. I freak out and sign off and try and shut my computer off, you know the whole deal... well, I was sooo completely embarassed because I've got people on my list that I don't talk to. I mean, you know how that is... you see someones sn in someone else's away message or something. You throw 'em on your list to see who they are and just sorta forget about it. Or your friends will be on your computer and add one of their friends to see if they are on or something. So of course all yesterday I was RIDICULOUSLY embarassed and almost scared to show my face around campus (remember, this place is small, I see pretty much everyone a few times a day).
Well, I turned my computer back on a little later, signed online (of course I took a million people off my list first), and walked away, without an away message cuz the internet sucks major ass here and my buddy list SLOWLY shows people signing on (it's retarded, don't ask). Anyway, I leave to go study, come back and the virus is still there, sent to a ton of people. Thankfully, all people that I know well. So I try and get the virus off (I think I successfully have now) and stay signed on. It hasn't sent to anyone yet! And...... here's the BEST part... I have 'Google Desktop' which is a search thing on Google that allows me to search my own computer for certain words that I type in. Say I forget where I saved a paper on my computer. I can go and type in the name of it, and it'll find it for me in a link, like if it's in Word or anything. It also saves chats. Soooo I went and typed in the message that was sent to people on my buddy list and I found out who it was sent to and who it wasn't sent to! And THANKFULLY it wasn't sent to any of those people I don't normally talk to. I don't know how, but I think someone up there must love me, hahahaha.
