Changing the house around
I mentioned in another post that we have been moving rooms. What used to be P's room (2nd floor) is now the guest room; what used to be the guest room (basement) is now P's room. What used to be E's room (before she bought her own house) is now my office (third floor); what used to be my office (basement) will be P's computer/living room as soon as I finish clearing my stuff out.
Even though B moved out, at least for most purposes, in 2004 before his senior year of college, he was back between college and moving to Korea (to teach) and again between coming back from Korea and moving to DC, and he still comes to visit, so we've left his room alone. R will keep her room here at least until she graduates from Hamline (spring 2013?).
There's a HUGE amount of work to be done on the house; I sure wish my joints were up to it.
