My five-year-old PC is slowly and probably agonizingly dying, and so I've transferred everything onto my laptop, affectionately known as Doctah Jones. Until I can afford to either repair or replace the PC, I'll be using Jonesy here for everything, instead of only using it to write and play the Sims. The transfer process wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, although there is one issue that I'm still trying to resolve. Windows Live Messenger causes my internet connection to fail every time I'm logged on for more than thirty seconds. It may be a while before I can fix it, so if you're one of the two people I talk to on Live and also one of the two or possibly three people who read this journal, I haven't been neglecting you on purpose.

It's a sad day when AIM works better than Windows Live.
