We've got two area rugs now on top of our wall-to-wall carpeting. They look nice, but they keep shifting around, especially the one in the front hall. It's driving me mad. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop it? (something that doesn't involve easily removed sharp pointy things, as obviously we've got the dude dismantling anything he can get his tiny hands on.)
Thanks, from a home-decorating-inept person.
In other news, I had my wisdom tooth out yesterday. I was the first one in, and was done and out before noon. fantastic. Today it looks like I'm smuggling a tennis ball in one cheek. They did give me decent pain medication, though, so as long as I don't mess with the area at all it's okay. I've also been given antibiotics. I'm taking everything at all different times of the day, so I've started writing it all down.
I slept most of the day away yesterday. The second Harry Potter movie was on TV last night, which was ideal- no thinking, as I've already seen it several times. That might be a plan for later today, actually. I've got a few DVDs I haven't watched yet. We'll see what the dude has to say about that..
