stranded
Still in Jamaica! Yes, I did completely avoid the internet for this holiday. However, we've just found out that our return flight has been cancelled, so I'm now using our allotted free internet time* to inform the lot of you that I won't be home for another day. The cruise company has informed us that they are scrambling to book all of us in hotels in Montego Bay. I truly hope that includes scrambling to return our already-checked luggage to us!
It's a shame they couldn't strand us in Cozumel or Grand Cayman, though. I am not a fan of this particular location. But, it's an extra day of sunshine and warmth, so what the heck.
*they told us they'd give us one free phone call to the UK, and the queue for the one (1) phone which they're allowing people to use is running around the corner already. I went to reception and said internet time would be preferable, and so, here I am. Cookieman doesn't even know the phone number for his office.
