Rounding off the birthday box of treats I sent to my friend, these cookies were a little something to be shared. While I was sending her some noms I thought I'd send a few for her little furbabies, Rusty and Bella.

Awesome to hear! Some dog food can be pretty bad. It's always better to know what you're putting in that puppy tummy.

I loved the idea of this recipe, but I've never dealt with carob before. I'm not even sure where to buy it. When I looked it up on the internet, it seems that you can get carob chips at pet stores or online. I was just checking to make sure. You buy the unsweetened carob chips, right?

I assume you can. I haven't seen sweetened ones to be honest. I buy carob chips from my local pet store so they only have the unsweetened variety.

Peanut butter is great for dogs. It gives them vitamins B & E, niacin, heart healthy fats and is a great source of protein.

Like any treat, it needs to be consumed in moderation or it can become damaging. I
