How do you get better faster if you're sick?

Tch. That's not the way to ask someone you want to help you. [Children! Gosh!]

There's not really a best way. Just the usual things. Lots of rest. Plenty of water. Healthy food. But I doubt you're going to be able to hide it, unless you have somewhere else to stay.
