Did I fall asleep? For a little while.
Some time ago, I was watching Legend of the Seeker ep 2x11 “Torn” (again) when I noticed a particular shot in which Kahlan looks an awful lot like a younger version of Olivia Williams:
I thought that was pretty cool, since Kahlan is totally bad-ass, as is Olivia Williams’ character Adelle Dewitt in Dollhouse.
So I got to thinking about it. Turns out, Adelle and Kahlan (Sir Kahlan, to be more accurate) have more in common than just their profiles…
1. They both manage to look alluring and intimidating at the same time. Especially behind a desk. (Thanks to shipperfey for the Kahlan pic)
2. They both rock the Boss-Lady chair. (Thanks to deej for the Kahlan pic)
3. They both give their sidekicks the stink-eye when they’re trying to give them advice. (Also, this is my favorite Zedd face EVER!!!)
4. They both sleep with men they can’t be with…
5. And cuddle adorably afterward.
6. They both know how to handle a sword…
7. And totally kick ass in a fight! (Thanks to illyriaz_shell and theagonyofblank for the gifs)
8. They’re both really sexy, even with a sword to the throat.
9. Last but not least (my favorite, actually!) they’re both totally boss when it comes to having someone else fix up their wounds.
Maybe Zedd didn’t actually re-condense Sir and Lady Kahlan into one person at the end of Torn. Maybe he sent Sir Kahlan into an alternate universe where she became the HBIC of the LA Dollhouse! Does that mean Lady Kahlan is running around in some other TV show somewhere!? Thoughts???
