In Nashville (because they are headquartered in Lebanon, TN) Cracker Barrel is on every other exit. I got spoiled by that when I was there.
I was up at 7am this morning just so I could order a pick up for Uncle Hershel's Breakfast...grilled catfish, fried apples, eggs cooked medium and yummmmm extra biscuits.
