While I may not know the specifics of what drives your obsession, I do know they make medicine for it. There is a therapist somewhere, just waiting to take your money!
You might consider figuring it out fairly soon, or you will alienate the remainder of the people in your life. You can only hold up the facade for a short time before people are able to see around it.
Another thing...don't talk about things you know NOTHING about! Spreading gossip is unbecoming of a lady.
