I am a very bad person...
Just caved in and bought some cigarettes. Perhaps trying to quit while unemployed was a bad idea. Urgh! Told the hubby and he is disappointed.
On the up side, though, the lawn guy came by today and said he can clean up the back yard for $100. That is alot of money, but he will also haul all the trimmings away, which makes it really worth it. (Since we live in the city, we aren't really supposed to even throw branches and such away in the trash... I think we are supposed to put them in the car and haul them to a special dump... totally disgusting thing to contemplate, especially since our cars are both tiny hatchbacks. Plus, cutting up all the branches in order to get them to fit into trash bags takes hours... this guy has a big truck he can just dump everything into.) The only problem is we are supposed to have it done by Wednesday, and the guy can't come out until Friday. He told me to call the building inspector and explain everything and it should be ok. I hope so. I can't call until tomorrow since the office is only open from 8:00-10:00 am.
