Jenny just saw Amelie for the first time ever. She loved it, just like every human being with a heart should.
When she told me she hadn't seen it before I knew that we had to watch it right now. I mean, what better moment is there? We're all about making people happy lately, especially since we found the
glamourbombs community.
My reaction to the movie is still the same as last time: I want to be Amelie. She's a wonderful character. She does awesome things for people. She dresses up. And she has the best smile ever.
I started crying fifteen minutes into the movie and never really stopped. But then again, I cry easily; Jenny was more than tearing up, too, though.
This is definitely in my top five favourite movies ever. Even though I wouldn't know what the other four are. Just like I know only one of my seven Jeopardy! dream categories: Eighties outfits. Don't laugh.
Hey, does anyone of you by any chance know somebody who's not too happy and could need some cheering up? Tell Jenny and me about that person and we'll send them a Happy Letter and/or Happy Package. Seriously. We're in need of a good deed. Hey, that rhymed. Seriously. I'd love to send a letter so someone I don't know. Don't tell them either, a surprise is always better. Yay! Leave me a note or e-mail me the address.
*sigh* I'm sure nobody will actually respond to this. But it still felt good to offer it.
*goes off to find people to do good things for*
