Had my breakfast of "black coffee, as much as I like." I just had a cup, though. That was enough. Soon, lunch, which will be 2 boiled eggs and spinach. Mmmmh! I'll let you know how it goes

I'm still trying to figure out how I could do this if it does work for you guys. Can I just skip the stuff I don't like? Or will that throw off whatever magic that speeds up your metabolism?

Hmm. You probably shouldn't skip things. The problem is that you can't even spice up the things you don't like to make it taste better, cause spices are not allowed, I guess. I'm gonna try to stick to it word for word, so if it doesn't work I'm not to blame. I'm only doing it cause it's just two weeks. I can do two weeks. And I'm sure so can you! :) You should make your mom do it with you, for mental support. :) Or do it with Honor, who will be all impressed if it works for Julia and me.

Oh, what makes this even more difficult for you that other than the drinks specified for breakfast and stuff you're only allowed to drink water throughout the day. No coke, no Dr Pepper. Aww.

Strangely, THAT I can do if I really want to. I actually cut caffeine out of my diet completely recently (for about a week) but I was so tired. I no longer drink any soda at work (just water) and I've been replacing soda with milk and tomato juice.
Then the Big K drinks were on sale and I got five cases. I'm now addicted to the orange soda. I'm thinking when I'm done with 'em I'll have to go back to no more soda. Yes.

Cool! I don't like milk, but I really like tomato juice. I hardly ever drink any kinds of sodas anymore. I never buy them to drink at home, I only have a coke every now and then at work when I need the kick. It's mostly juices for me. And tea. Craploads of tea. :)
