Ok, since I've never had to have a site hosted - Can someone tell me if this is enough?? Or do I need more???

100 Gb is probably bigger than the hard drive on your computer. Even with a lot of graphics files, 100 Gb will be more than enough. Just to give an example, the 4 sites we host at work take up just shy of 3 Gb. You'll be fine with 100 Gig. :) I'm thinking that actually, 50 Gb would be enough.

the 100Gb # doesn't refer to the amount of data on the disk, but to the amount of data pushed through the pipe to people viewing the site. For example, if the page is 100Mb, and 3 people view it per day, that's 300Mb. And so on...

So, what kind of site is it that's being hosted, and how many hits do you think you might get?

I'm do a resale site for garb. How many hits a day I don't know.

Hell I haven't even started building so I don't know how large the site itself will be. I'm going to model it after an Irish dress resale site I know http://www.dance-again.com

Just wondering if this would be a good starting point, I can always upgrade if need be.

That site is well under 20Mb, for the entire site. So, you could have 5000 hits per month, and not exceed your data transfer.
