so...the only bad thing i could think o about getting my computer back was not having a new cord? no. they replaced the hard drive and motherboard for the second time since august. everything is gone. again. awesome. and they didn't have the cds to even install an operating system or anything-not that i know what any of this stuff is-so unless my dad has them somewhere i'm screwed and not the fun way. :P lame.
and they didn't clean it. like at all. again. sweet. i knew paying for that cleaning plan with the warranty was worth it...
