(no subject)
I officially graduated from high school!!!!!!
The most embarassing thing.. I was walking to get my diploma from Mrs. Fronduti trying so hard to not be the girl who trips and falls or something up the stairs but instead since Mrs. Fronduti is like a really close family friend and she and my mom are bestest friends she went to give me a hug and knocked off my cap... I was so embarrassed. My mom was laughing hysterically and all I could hear is my fellow classmates saying It's ok Caitlin... Oh god I thought I was gonna die. But of course they had to pause the nicely timed procession so Mrs. Fronduti can put my cap back on... I just smiled and played it cool though. But I did tell her I was going to kill her, but I didn't mean that just very embarrassed. When I got back to my seat my friends were laughing so hard. Why of all people me? Seriously... everyone was just like oh caitlin.. you're too funny. But a lot of people said "you are the happiest graduate" and i seriously was. I was so thrillled!!! No one really cried which was good otherwise that would have made not so happy. Adam (our keynote speaker and my co-anchor for morning news team), his speech was AMAZING. The other two- they're too smart for me. My partner was Terrence Jackson. I felt so blessed to be walking w/ the "famous" kid (as most people call him) but he's really nice. We got along really well!
But anyways.. This weekend is Recital (So EXCITED!) and then on Sunday I leave for Hatteras, NC. Yay!! I'm so psyched.
I'm so glad to be apart of the most amazing class. THE CLASS OF 2005!!
