So firstly, I haven't been able to sleep that well, in the 10 days leading up to my period. I've come to this conclusion because I SLEPT LIKE A BABY on Thursday night.
Secondly, we live in a small town with a CFA branch, that has a SIREN.
Thirdly, I'm working in the financial industry, which in itself is enough to give you nightmares.
So last night I slept and slept and slept. As in I had probably close to 11-11.5 hours sleep. The thing is? MASSIVE dreaming. The siren went off last night, which I hadn't even remember until it went off this afternoon again, and Scot turned to me and said "Did you hear that go off last night around 3am??" I was all over it like a rash and said "OMG it DID didn't it! I "heard" it and had this massive dream all around it." Knowing me, probably had something to do with the world ending. (note to self: remember to watch T3 on the tV tonight.)
And of course, I happened to catch the beginning of a news programme before I went to sleep last night. Which had something about the financial markets overseas just cracking overnight. Again. So I had a (what I'm going to call) nightmare about that too. Boy was I happy to see on the news tonight that they only fell 4% in the US - I dreamt they fell 11% or something. *shudder*
Think it's time to stop working where I am? When it starts affecting how you sleep, it's time. Can't wait to stop.
