1, 3 and 9 so so SO important. We can dig ourselves a hole and just keep digging. Pretty soon we are so deep we don't see the light over our heads. Of course, the reality is there is light all around, we just don't see it.
Making yourself "sick with worry" has never been more true - blotchy skins, palpitations, chest pain ... thank God my face is clearing up, the rashes on my arms are under control and the chest pain disappears when I rub some liniment on it.
It's so weird how our physical bodies react to anxiety and stress! Weird and annoying. It'd be nice to just be able to intellectually worry without the rashes and heart palpitations. :(
