I'm pretty sure I've already said somewhere that TAFE's administration couldn't organise an orgy in a brothel if they were provided with a blank cheque, eight weeks' notice, and a copy of Group Sex for Dummies.
Having said that, the branch I'm at now always seemed downright competent---even efficient if you get them on a good day.
Today was not a good day. Though I suppose watching clerks from two different offices argue over whose responsibility my paperwork screwup was at least a novelty.
