When did you first start cosplaying?
I'm pretty new to cosplaying at cons. My first was Riku from KHII at AnimeNEXT 2007. I've been the Mad Hatter from Angel Sanctuary and Sailor Jupiter before that though for Halloween. At least I was the hardcore sailor scout >[
Who is you Favorite character to cosplay?
Hard to say really. I'm not really into my two Kingdom Hearts cosplays anymore. Had a lot of fun as Riku, but I think I'll have even more fun with Tyki and Kamina!
Why?
Probably because of the people I'll be with this time around. I'll actually have someone I can yaoi with and not freak out lolzippywut? as Tyki and Kamina. That's what probably ruined Riku for me; my Sora didn't find my faggotry very amusing *sob*
On a scale of 1-10 how often can you be caught in character?
Oh shit that demends.I'm better at being in character outside of cons and without costume. For example, I can freak the shit out of my KH friends by acting like Xemnas at sleep overs (i'd say an 8 there), but at cons I'm so happy to be there I drop dramatically and act retarded. I wasn't in character at all when my KH group wasn't around at AnimeNEXT... probably because Brendan makes me break character and act like a flaming homo.... I blame him. I'll try to act in character in the future though. If other people are doing it, I can fall right into it pretty easily.
LARP?
Never at conventions. Never. I try to stay away from things that are fandom killers. I don't trust people.
Cosplay Chess?
Nopes. Maybe someday though. It'd be sweet to enter Kamina >8D
Masq.?
Something I've always planned on doing yet never had. It's hard to have everyone agree on a skit idea... annoyingly hard.
Hall Costume?
Nope. Like I said, I'm pretty new to this. Maybe in the future when I make more shit....
Do you ever cosplay in a normal setting, outside of cons?
Sometimes, yes. I did lazer tag as deep dive Riku (kept tripping on my robe). I've been to mall meet ups dressed up, friends houses, and outside convention photoshoots a lot as well.
What's your favorite part about cosplay?
The people you meet and see, spending time and money to create a great looking costume that everyone adores and praises you for, posing for photos like you're some kind of big shit celebrity, and most of all friends (COOOORNY). Con friends are the best, srsly <3 even if you can't see them very often.
What's your least favorite part about cosplay?
Money... it drains my money and my life energy. There's also a lot of stupid drama, but I guess that's to be expected when a bunch of teens/young adults get together.
What was your first costume and where did you debut it at?
Riku, KHII, AnimeNEXT 07... yada yada yada good times.
Why did you pick this character?
He's sexy. 'Nuff said.
Any costumes you'll be debuting in the future?
Kamina will be at Otakon this year. Can't wait >D I may do Death the Kid, someone from DOGS, and Soubi in the not so distant future.
Any long-term costumes you're working on?
Not really. Everything is finished or close to it. I have nothing big in the making, sorry.
Any dream costumes?
Sephiroth has always been a dream for when I'm older... He'll always be my favorite, I just need to grow a little more before I take that costume on. Oh yeah, and I suppose commander Kamina for Zippy if I feel I can get it done ;p

Why this series?
Final Fantasy VII is the shit and I will never tire of it. Ultimate fandom.
Any characters from a series you can identify on a deep level with?
Hm... Never gave it much thought really. Riku because I keep a lot of things to myself and would probably make the choices and sacrifices he did for someone special (SORA). Tyki because I feel like I play two parts as well. There's my white side that pretends to be sweet, quiet, and polite to fit in with normal society, then my black crazy, funny, perverted, and wild side, (my true side). I identify with Kamina too because I like to yell and point at things...
What is a memory that really stands out in your mind at a con?
Late night Kamina wig styling with Zip, Aiden, Frecklez, Jenna, and sleeping Froggy. Dunno why, that was just a really funny night xD Especially when I busted into my room as ghettoly thrown together Kamina and pissed off my roommates at 4am.
What is a memory that really stands out in your mind about cosplaying in general?
Giant gay Kingdom Hearts group with a rainbow penis pop...fun and chaos were had.
What is your most embarassing cosplay moment?
Well when I was trying on my newly sewn Kamina pants, I was talking to my mom and g-pa about going to see a movie. I think I said something like "I CAN GO TO THE THEATRE DRESSED IN THESE!" and then I kicked my leg and the stitches on the crotch POPPED. Then I made a ":O" face and ran away.
Have you ever won any awards for cosplay?
I won Bestest Cosplay ever 7 years in a row. No jk, I'm too fail to win anything.
What is the hardest part of cosplaying in your opinion?
Clothing and props... getting my contacts in my eyes... Open chest binding is a real challenge as well. That'll be fun.
What is the easiest?
God, nothing is easy xD I struggle to do friggin' everything. Putting on pants? That's pretty easy...unless the crotch rips like Kamina...or the pants are really tight and have no zipper or buttons like Kamina's.... yeah nothing is easy...
