So we now have more chickens
We picked up 5 Easter Egger hens. The plan is to put 3 in with one silky rooster (since the blue egg gene is dominant) and 2 in with another silky rooster. They settled in fast. Very fast. Jack was barking his head off at them, but settled down after about half an hour.

Everyone has been fed and watered and seems happy.
I am beat. I got off work at midnight, ate and finally laid down around 2. Tillie and I both had a rough night and I was up and getting ready to leave by 6.
I think it will be an early night tonight.
