[ She hears the girl, blue eyes glancing over the device for a moment, but she disregards it, it is vague, and will worry about it later ]

[ The words are harsh, but only because the raspy breaths she takes, fingers outstretched, picking up the device to cradle limply in one hand, resting in her lap ]

Toys. [ Well, it isn't a question, though it may sound like one, but it is simply an echo, because he wasn't the only one to say it, so it held some significance perhaps ]

[Blood, that was a lot of blood! Kiriko is immediately on the alert at the sight of it, hoisting his medical bag over his shoulder and running into the streets. At this point he has no reason to believe she is not human (he doesn't understand her outburst in the slightest), and from what he can tell, she could already be dead.

Unfortunately he still doesn't have a clue where he's going. He won't be able to find her immediately. In the interim, he's shouting at the PDA, hoping she's awake...]

Hey! Miss! Can you hear me?! Hold on - I'm a Doctor!

[ She doesn't answer for a moment, because it is loud, all of the shouting, and her ears are sensitive, the words pounding into her already sore head, making it throb once again. But aside from the deep, ragged breath that gurgle from the blood building in her throat, she looks calmly at the PDA ]

I can hear you, yes. No need to shout.

[She's awake! Her calm takes Kiriko by surprise - it's as if she's more relaxed about this than he is. He lowers his voice significantly, thinking of how his Father would sound in this sort of situation.]

Can you tell me where you are? Landmarks, or if you're by a road?!

[Hopefully he can sort something out from her description.]

[ Her eyes close before she answers, taking in the sounds and smells around her. There isn't much, but she can hear water, and it isn't far from her. Moving water at that, so she assumed a stream or something akin to nearby. ]

Water. I am close to river or stream.

[ So many voices that come from this device. It is not unlike anything she has seen before, but as to why, she is not sure. She answers, only after a moment, a calmness to her tone, only to offset the roughness of her voice ]

By a river or a stream. I do not know which it is. [ Yes, she dliberatly ignores the first question, as it should fairly obvious to all that she is, in fact, not. ]
