Starting to feel like Christmas
It has taken me a little longer go get into the Christmas spirit this year, but I'm finally there. Friday on my lunch break I made out all my Christmas cards and dropped them off at the post office on the way home. I think part of the problem was we didn't have a Christmas tree up yet. Friday night I trekked over to Target and bought a tree. My roommate and I put it up and decorated the house, that put both of us in the Christmas mood. Saturday I started my Christmas shopping, and got all but one prestent bought.
The unofficial booster club(I'm a member) for the Jacksonville Barracudas is throwing the team a Christmas party on Wednesday. We decided to all go shopping together at the mall to buy the guys each a small gift yesterday. If it wasn't bad enough we were shopping with several teenies, one having a teenie drama, we also kept running into the hockey players as we were trying to shop for them. "No, really I'm not stalking you." The good news of the day is...I did buy my last present at the mall so now I am officially done Christmas shopping.
