Mind you the roots would in actual fact cost you about shmifty-five gazillion Euro... plus the standard 40% property tax... plus government levy... which all in all we'd have to mortage our FIRST BORN to be able to afford.... and even at that we be charged an extortionate rate of interest....
Ah well, at least we don't live in Cork... hehehehe
