Tiiiiiiiiiiiired!
Dude I am so tired! Last night my bro and his family came over. We played a game (3 times in a row!!!) with my bro and his wife until 2:30am! After they left and the kids went to bed, we found out a cat had peed on our bed :p So it wound up being 3:30am before we got IN the pee-free bed! UGH! This morning Britt woke up at 9something. Ally woke up 10:30ish, then went back to sleep with hubs. She woke up again around 11:30, I think, and Hubs got up-after I woke him up- at 12:30! I've been tiiired all day.
I said I was tired and wanted to watch stupid brainless tv and rest, so hubby gave me two OJ's and some sort of alcohol to make me sleepy, lol. This was around 4pmish. I watched reruns of Beauty and the Geek and fell asleep. Then Britt came in-while I was sleeping so good!-and woke me up to ask me something LAME! UGH! She also lost one of the $60 2-way radios, but hubby found it :p
Then we eventually met Stephen and Naomi for dinner at Provino's, yum yum! Found out the ice cream place that was supposed to open in October is STILL not open! Hubby wanted to play a game, so the kids watched cartoons while we did that. We had fun, but it was after midnight when we finally left to come home (the game took that long)! The kids were awake and tired, I feel guilty cuz they were supposed to be getting back on a good sleep schedule. Hopefully tomorrow night they fall asleep on time, or else they will never wake up on weds for school! Hubs says we are bad parents, but I say it's his fault cuz it was his idea to play the game ;) It's good logic!
Now I am so sleepy, but he is wide awake. he slept so late, then he fell asleep for 2 1/2 hours this afternoon for another nap! So he's getting ready to go into work now (1:30am). He is supposed to go in at night every so often to check on them, and he says he is wide awake anyway. :p I'm so tired, but I can't go to sleep until he leaves cuz he is noisy! Oh yeah, and I just remembered that not ONCE did I feed my mom's fish while they were out of town :( I suck!
I hope someone is having a restful new year's. Tomorrow night I am SO going to sleep early, I'm too old to be up this late this many nights in a row, lol.
