1 - willful stupidity/blind faith in corrupt leaders. Stop being such sheep and learn to think for yourselves.
2 - smoking of just about all substances. Just ew.
3 - bad hygiene. Again, ew.
4 - blatant social games and one-up-(wo)manship. FFS, please get over your sense of self-importance and entitlement.
