Today was a nice day off. I slept in until noon today, something that doesn't happen to much these days. When I woke up I started the insane amount of laundry that needed to be done, while that was going, I tried to make a frappuccino. It didn't work and I ended up just opting for some of the really strong coffee I had to make, to use in the frappuccino. I went to CMPL, got some magazines and read a little while I was there. I was planning on doing some food research and writing but I couldn't find a comfortable spot in the library. Plus, I forgot paper and a writing utensil! When I got home I was starving, so I made dinner for everyone. I got to use the herbs that are growing outside and that always makes me happy. Speaking of, after dinner I watered the flowers and the tomato plants. I have several tomatoes going and a few more just sprouted. Later, I laid around, tried to fix the popped chain on Lia's bike, read outside, jumped on the trampoline until I got nervous about the stability of it, then watched Project Runway. Now I'm waiting for the last load of laundry to dry, getting ready for work tomorrow and drinking cold coffee. Later I'll get Jerry and hang out with him and Nicole. So yeah, a good day.

On Friday Ben will be tattooing me. I am very excited about it. I have narrowed the placement of the tattoo to two locations, chest and back. I don't really care where it ends up, I'm just so happy to be getting it!

I've been doing tons of looking up and reading about restaurants, food and markets in the Detroit area. I have a long list of restaurants to try out, so I'll be calling on my friends to join me!

I drink a lot of coffee. Woo!
